Earlier this year, I joined pupils at St John Lloyd R.C. Primary School on a Zoom call to take questions from pupils. Nothing beats face-to-face though, so it was great to follow that up with a visit in person before the end of term.
The pupils had clearly done their homework. They asked brilliant questions and shared some really thoughtful ideas about what laws they’d want to introduce if they were an MP. It was great to see them so engaged and interested in politics.
Thanks to Headteacher Clare Hart, her staff and pupils for the warm welcome. I hope everyone has a fun and relaxing summer break.
