I was pleased to announce the formation of a new economic advisory group, bringing the UK Government, leaders from Welsh government, business, industry, universities, and trade
unions together for the first time to help shape our efforts to boost growth and put more money in people’s pockets.

Speaking at CBI Cymru’s Annual Dinner, I shared my hope that this new partnership will rekindle Wales’ proud industrial roots with new jobs and growth for every corner of Wales.
