The work of so many people who volunteer often goes unnoticed. It was a real pleasure to join the fantastic St Mellons Clean Up group, alongside local Labour
Councillors Bernie Bowen-Thompson and Michael Michael. Together, sixteen volunteers collected more than 100 bags of litter and retrieved huge amounts of fly
tipping dumped in verges, for collection.
