It was a pleasure to meet Lucy Walsh from AbilityNet to hear about her work helping to improve the digital skills of older and digitally excluded people.

AbilityNet offers a range of free training sessions to people over 65 including sessions on how to set up devices, make a video call, book a GP appointment and shop online.
