Unionised workplaces are safer, better paid and unlock a range of opportunities to enhance skills and training. During the annual “Heart Unions Week”, I celebrated the hard won rights at work that trades unions have secured and I also spread the word about Labour’s commitment to go further with a New Deal for Working People.
