The BBC is celebrating 100 years of keeping us informed & entertained. I had a great time viewing the centenary exhibition at the National Museum of Wales. For a 1970’s kid like me it was a real nostalgia trip! BBC Wales first broadcast from Womanby Street (now the Mad Dog Brewery and Bar) and for some time, BBC Wales Broadcasting House was in Park Place, before moving to Llandaff in 1966 and then recently, back to Cardiff Central to Central Square.

The free exhibition finishes on Sunday 3rd September. I definitely recommend it.
