Since October last year, 30,000 trees have been planted in Cardiff as part of the Coed Caerdydd project.

Residents, local community groups and schools have all played their part in planting 11.5 hectares of land, the equivalent of 21 football pitches, with trees.

But there is still much more we can do to increase Cardiff’s tree canopy from 18.9% to 25%.
