As a long time Living Wage campaigner I was proud to congratulate Cardiff University in Parliament today on their Living Wage Champion Award, the only university in the UK to receive this recognition. 

I also took the opportunity to ask Chris Grayling, Leader of the House, to advise the Chancellor that the Tories’ so called national living wage is nothing of the sort.
