This weekend I had the opportunity to visit the construction site for the new BBC Cymru Wales HQ in Cardiff Central Square.
The new headquarters will house all of BBC Cymru Wales' news and support staff, have a range of studios and the latest technology. The building's atrium areas will be open to the public with filming and broadcasting taking place throughout the building.
I am really excited about the developments in Central Square, which will give Cardiff a fantastic new gateway as well as some of the best broadcast facilities in the UK.
I was joined on my visit by Tom Watson, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party, Kevin Brennan, Labour's Shadow Minister for Arts and Heritage, and Jenny Rathbone AM for Cardiff Central.
