Roath Flood Defence Scheme: Waterloo Bridge Work Starts Today

I have today been contacted by Natural Resources Wales, who as part of the defence scheme, will be replacing the existing Waterloo Road Bridge.

NRW will be starting planing and surfacing works today, Monday 26th March until Wednesday 28th March.

NRW are asking all residents not to park in the red and blue areas shown on the sketch below. During the works on Monday and Tuesday, they will be maintaining access from Waterloo Road into Waterloo Gardens Road under manned traffic control.

If you have any questions please contact Matthew Frewer on 07880 358541, or email me via jo.stevens.mp@parliament.uk.
